This disclaimer applies to participation in the Loyalty Rewards Programme (the “Bonus Rewards Initiative”) offered by Bloq Fund. This initiative is discretionary and subject to the terms outlined below.
Bonus Rewards are not guaranteed and should not be relied upon as income, return, or compensation. This initiative is entirely discretionary and funded exclusively from Bloq Fund’s own revenues — not from investor deposits or vault assets. There is no obligation on Bloq Fund to distribute bonuses, and no participant has any legal entitlement or expectation to receive them. All allocations are subject to market conditions, project performance, and Bloq’s strategic judgement.
This initiative does not constitute an investment product or offer. It is an operational benefit offered at the discretion of Bloq Fund.
Eligibility & Participation Criteria
To be considered for participation in the Bonus Rewards Programme, vault participants must meet the following criteria:
1. Minimum Holding Threshold: Maintain a vault balance of at least $10,000 (or equivalent) at the time of entry.
2. Minimum Duration: Hold this balance continuously for a period of 24 months, without full withdrawal.
3. Continued Engagement: Participants who experience market-driven losses but retain their original qualifying position (i.e. do not withdraw their deposit) may still be considered eligible at Bloq’s discretion.
4. No Guarantee of Allocation: Meeting eligibility criteria does not create a right or entitlement to any reward. Participation only qualifies an investor for potential discretionary consideration.
5. Internal Review: Eligibility is assessed solely by Bloq Fund and may include additional internal metrics or criteria not disclosed publicly. Bonus distributions are entirely at the discretion of Bloq Fund and may vary in size, type, and timing.
Legal Clarifications
• Bonus Rewards are not contractual benefits: Participation in the vault strategy does not entitle the investor to any share of revenue, profits, or external assets. All rewards are non-binding, discretionary bonuses issued by Bloq Fund from its own revenue streams.
• No investment product is offered: The Bonus Rewards Programme is not an investment service, financial promotion, or regulated product. It is a goodwill initiative that may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
• No liability or guarantee: Bloq Fund accepts no liability for any missed or unrealised rewards. Participation should not be motivated by or dependent upon the Bonus Rewards initiative.
